Anna is dedicated to exploring community as a tool for resilience, regeneration, and liberation. She is the founder and lead of GEN’s resilience work and the Keystone Communities project. She is also co-founder Kincentric Leadership, supporting communities, organisations and individuals to integrate the more-than-human world in their strategies and activities, and of the Living Systems Alliance. She is also co-chair of Transition Network International, and a trustee of Gaia Education.Â
Anna previously served as the lead of GEN’s strategy and coordination circles as well as GEN’s Education and Research Director. She is the lead developer of the Ecovillage Impact Assessment and Community Resilience Tracker, and co-developer and facilitator of the European Ecovillage Incubator, Ecovillage Design Cards, GEN Training of Trainers and many other courses and projects in the field of regenerative community design and social innovation and entrepreneurship.Â
