En este Taller nos introduciremos en la filosofía y técnica de Dragon Dreaming, de forma teórica, experiencial y también de forma práctica, aprendiendo sus fases y pasos. Para ello queremos ofreceros un taller activo, con diversas actividades y dinámicas. Dragon Dreaming DD ha sido co-creado por John Croft y su difunta esposa Vivienne Elanta (los cuales han colaborado con Joanna Macy). Esta técnica se basa en 3 principios: Servicio a la Tierra, Creación de Comunidad y Crecimiento Personal. Dragon Dreaming DD está inspirado en el activismo social y ambiental, la ecología profunda, la nueva ciencia moderna, la teoría de sistemas vivos, la teoría del caos, la no violencia y la sabiduría de los aborígenes australianos. Dragon Dreaming nos facilita el conectar con nuestra llamada, concretizar nuestros sueños y materializar los de forma física, haciendo de estos sueños una realidad. ¿En qué consiste un taller introductorio? Se explica la herramienta, basada en una rueda, con cuatro partes o dimensiones: El sueño, la planificación, la acción y la celebración. Se introducen herramientas transversales de facilitación de grupos, comunicación carismática y no violenta, acuerdos grupales, inteligencia colectiva… Se introducen herramientas dinámicas, participativas y vivenciales para poder: 1. Plasmar los sueños que tienes, tendiendo un puente entre ello y la acción 2. Compartirlos con la gente con la que quieres hacerlos, de una forma auténtica y desinteresada. 3. Crear un sueño colectivo a partir de un sueño personal, que integre la visión de grupo 4. Fijar una meta clara, objetivos y tareas, de forma participativa 5. Diseñar una estrategia, mediante el Kadabirrdt, de forma participativa 6. Crear un presupuesto, conectando con nuestra inteligencia colectiva. 7. Crear una red de apoyo para ayudar en la creación, seguimiento y consecución 8. Crear una metodología de evaluación y celebración de las tareas y metas propuestas, que tenga un todo divertido

Descripción Curso: Este curso está pensado para personas que no tienen gran experiencia con la construcción con paja, y tienen interés en construir con un sistema de “relleno”; es decir, que se hace un ESTRUCTURA que carga con el peso del tejado, y se rellena con paja para el cerramiento y aislamiento del edificio. En la práctica, aprenderemos todo lo básico sobre construcción con Paja revoques de tierra arcillosa: elegir, medir y manipular balas como rellenar varios tipos de estructura de madera compresión de las balas dentro de la estructura preparar las balas y estructura para revocar hacer revoques a base de tierra natural (no comprado) aplicar capas de imprimación y cuerpo de tierra arcillosa Ya que no da tiempo para más en la práctica, cubriremos de forma teórica: planificación de la obra cimientos y sobre-cimientos otras opciones de estructuras (ladrillos, hierro, etc.) tejados y instalaciones protección de los revoques de tierra frente al agua. ADVERTENCIA: no enseñaré (mucho) de carpintería durante el curso, ni enseñaré como hacer una Estructura de Madera ni como Calcularlo. En cambio, enseñaré diferentes opciones de estructura (no solo una), ya que cada sistema constructiva requiere una solución diferente. Así comprenderás mejor como se trabaja con PAJA y las ventajas/desventajas de diferentes sistemas constructivas. Dance with Gaia: Process Your Community will focus on the wisdom of Arnold Mindell, the founder of Process Work or Process-oriented psychology. Process Work uses awareness to track psychological and physical processes that illuminate and possibly resolve inner, relationship, community and world issues. To track and follow the processes mean to follow the nature, by following the visible and subtle signals coming from people and events. This means respecting individuals, groups, and the environment, exploring reality and also the dream and essence levels of events. By doing this we often gain more understanding and get surprising temporary solutions as well. The ReGEN-Nations program is a 6-month online learning journey and prototyping lab using whole systems thinking to design solutions for social, cultural, economic, and ecological resilience and regeneration, designed by the GENOA Projects team. The program is based on the Ecovillage Design Education (EDE) curriculum and certified by Gaia Education and UNESCO. The prototype began in September 2020 and welcomed 16 teams from around Asia and the Pacific, with 11 countries represented, Australia, Japan, India, Malaysia, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, Thailand and Vietnam. Each team joined with two lead members and several supporting members. They started with a project in either ideation or scaling stage and applied the learning from this program to develop and deepen their project design. The program offered a wide range of online sessions from check-in calls, to leadership, mentorship, and coaching sessions, to workshops and webinars on the areas of regeneration of ecovillage design. In addition to the cohort of 16 teams, the program ReGEN Nations reached over 120 participants through its open webinars and workshops in each dimension. Through the ReGEN Nations program, GENOA was able to also engage a network of thought leaders, trainers, activists, ecovillages and kindred spirit organisations from the region.
