This project in the Colombian Highlands follows a visionary path: Life is organized around Committed Friendship. We move beyond seeing friends merely as “gap-fillers” and give these bonds the same priority and reliability usually reserved for family or romantic partnerships.
Social Immune System: We use the CBW Method (M. Scott Peck) and Sociocracy to foster a culture of truthfulness, extraordinary respect, and hierarchy-free co-creation. This ensures a stable social foundation from day one.
Autarky & Independence: Through permaculture, private water sources, and a shared workshop concept for off-grid living, we minimize external dependencies. This creates a solid economic base for lasting freedom and self-sufficiency.
Intercultural Symbiosis: Our model is based on a deliberate partnership with the local population to avoid the “expat bubble”:

• Socios Fundadores: Founding partners provide the initial capital and foundational funding for land and infrastructure.
• Socios de Aldea: Local craftspeople and neighbors contribute deep local knowledge and craftsmanship.

Mutual Benefit: By being financially and socially intertwined, we gain a loyal neighborhood and a safe, integrated environment. This symbiosis is our key to long-term security in Colombia.
Legal Security: Each partner receives an individual title deed (PH), officially registered in the land registry, ensuring maximum asset protection.
