Finca Sol y Valle is a regenerative living and learning center nestled in the lush, beautiful highlands of Costa Rica. We offer immersive programs in Spanish language, permaculture design, community resilience, and sustainability. Visitors live in harmony with nature, surrounded by food forests, natural building, herbal medicine gardens, and more.

Our community welcomes volunteers, students, and seekers into hands-on, heart-centered experiences. Whether joining for a course, a long-term apprenticeship, or a cultural immersion, guests leave rooted in a deeper connection to Earth, language, and self.

With its strategic, higher altitiude location, Finca Sol y Valle enjoys the benefit of a lower humidity and heat than much of Costa Rica. The weather is comfortable, yet the setting is tropical and absolutely beautiful with countless biodiversity.
