In Hallingelille, we work to learn and create more sustainable ways of building and living. We use various sources of inspiration such as good ecological principles and the idea of permaculture – as goals and tools, where we are flexible in the specific situation, but strive to find the best and most sustainable solutions.
We explore the respect for diversity, including our different borders. What stirs in us and among us, the things we act for and towards, represent the ‘flow’ we as Hallingelille people create.
In Hallingelille, we strive to make it easier to live environmentally friendly. We make a special effort to sort our waste, compost, recycle where we can and save on water and energy. We use humor in relation to ‘compete’ to be environmentally conscious – in contrast to the raised index fingers!
In Hallingelille, we are working towards becoming self-sufficient with renewable energy and potentially producing more energy than we consume.
In Hallingelille, we strive to be aware of our social well-being, to show care for each other and to include everyone.
In Hallingelille, we work actively to create a space where we can move into the spiritual force and recognize and support the individual’s spiritual search.
In Hallingelille, we are inspired by consent and sociocratic practices and we work actively to make it easier for everyone to take leadership and co-responsibility
In Hallingelille, we aim for an openness towards the surrounding area, both locally and globally, for mutual inspiration and the spread of the ecovillage lifestyle and idea.

Hallo Camilla.
Tomorrow I will start my tour to the GEN Europa gathering at Ängsbacka. On the way I like to visit your ecovillage and I like to know if it is possible on wensday or thirsday and to stay overnight.
Please give me an answer as soon as possible.
