How wonderful to read about your vision. I resonate totally with the deep yearning to live a simple conscious life in a open hearted community honoring mother nature.
I saw you started your call in 2017. How did it all evolve. Where are you now? Did your dream manifest? How did the pandemic play into it? I see so many beautiful people wrote you.
I am Swiss. In spring 2020 I was just about to leave for Maui Hawaii to live in a community there. Corona brought me to a stop. But my deep yearning to live in a conscious community in nature remains.
I would love to contribute, help, support, take responsibility, commit. I am ready in spring 2021, since I just signed a season contract to work in the Swiss Mountains.

I deeply appreciate the vision for an ecologically sane community…a remembering of how to live in harmony with ourselves, with others and with this beautiful living organism that is our planet. I believe our true nature is bliss and im very passionate about re teaching each other hw to feel the pleasure of the wind on our skin and meeting the sun with one in our eyes.
I also share my journey with my 12 year old son that I also would rathe not raise in the insane culture of the states.

I share exactely your same dream. The description of your ideal community and life, is 100% like mine, also giving priority to learning an inner growth. And evrything else too, including your drawing of the ideal place! 🙂
I am also a traveller wanting to settle down for part of the year (or more) and looking for a place where to start my community project…or joining. I noticed that in most places where I have been there are some kind of issues and different habits that make it not working that well. I thought that a small group of 5 people who work and get along very well together is a better solution, plus all volunteers wwofers, workawayers and so, that bring new energy and new light to the place. But i am flexible on the plans! I am looking to buy a piece of land in Portugal, as there are many sustainable projects there, from people all over Europe, and it’s an amazing net of mutual support. Plus the weather is one of the nicer in Europe. I also looked into Canaries and would consider Mexico and Panama. Also Greece is in the picture. As I am still looking around.
So it would be great to keep in touch. I will write u a pm.

How nice it is to discover like-minded people here in this big world!
I’m also on my way to spiritual enlightenment and freedom, which is how I began to consider the idea of joining or building and eco village with someone.
I believe in what you wrote – I’m vegan, eco friendly, I meditate and travel the world. Currently I live in London (I’m almost twenty years old) making a living by playing and writing music, singing. I originally moved to London hoping to become a super star, but now that this dream is becoming more and more possible (my friends know Adele’s producers, One Direction etc.) I am realizing that it is not exactly a fulfilling life….
So anyway. I am definitely someone who chases their dreams and does not fear a challenge! I moved to London from Vilnius, Lithuania at age 17 to study music on my own. But I love the world. I love it’s people. I love nature. I can’t bare the superficial life that modern reality has become. I want a place where I know that the people around me are creating something to last a lifetime, something real, something that has actual spiritual value, something that makes you smile and enjoy the little things in life every day. Something that does not harm our Mother Earth! That’s been my biggest dilemma – living a lifestyle that I now know is absolutely unsustainable and damaging.
Basically, I want to join you.

Also greece could be a place, but I do not feel it at the moment. About the number of members, me too I believe is better start with few people 5-10, that share exactly the same vision and values and we connect well and our hearts sing together, so that we start with strong basement. I am so thrilled to read your vision. I started to write one myself yesterday and than today my partner send me this. Life is so beautifully synchronized and it is our job to listen to the calls we receive. I reach out to let you know we are very interested in the project you have in mind. We would love to be informed about the steps you will be taking. We are a Belgian Spanish couple with a lovely dog Ella who we found in Portugal. I believe our mission is to find ‘our tribe’. Those people with a similar mindset with whom we can see us sharing our lives in very close connection to nature and any type of living being. Natural living, awareness, creation and co creation are very important as well as a health conscious lifestyle. We love to learn but even more to live what we believe in. hi, at the moment i live in a community like village next to berlin with my two wonderful kids 5 and 2. but this is just a step towards it….it means the way we want to live. and this is in nature, with nice people and autonome as much as it is possible. i am an artist desgner gardener and love to be creative with hands and soul and spirituality.
its good to read your vision and maybe we can meet some day to see if it is possible to start a project togehther. i always are looking for people who wants to create a nice place to live.

I am presently renting a house near Plasencia, Spain, 90 km from the Portuguese border. I have lived in Iberia for over a decade (in various places in Andalucia and the Algarve), and I love both Spain and Portugal. Therefore , I wish to live near the border between the two countries. I have made a few contacts here who are interested in starting an ecovillage, as am I. I have recently visited the Sierra de Gata and found it to be an ideal candidate, as it is one of the most pristine areas in Spain (and, in one afternoon I discovered a Buddhist monastery and a beautiful retreat and teaching center (https://www.lalita.net/)).
This is not an easy endeavor, as I have found from talking to various people who have similar interests. It’s essential to have local contacts who can help. So, if you’d like, please contact me to discuss.

I have been reading through the momentum of this inspiring net work you have accumulated here, I commend your approach. If it is for the community, the co-creation in its development for the community I believe is a great key to a projects longer term sustainability. I have come across this concept in Indonesia, as community hubs, offering resources and space for a wide range of creative concepts. Built by the community, for the community and It was nice to see the concept in co-operation. I have had an organic farm in Canada and prior to that lived off grid isolated with nature. I would say in both of those cases the rich and beautiful simple things were fulfilling, if there was something lacking, it was in a way community or community involvement ? So again I commend your approach, I have never gotten into this online community/communications very much, so I suppose that is why to me this concept seems like a novel idea ?? I really also appreciate your articulated, and in depth way you expressed the type of community you desire ??I am interested in what you find in Portugal, I had a concept for a Finca in Portugal 10years ago, traveled the entire coast line, my partner at the time manifested their concept. I am interested to participate, and or to help this community. I still believe that there is so much beautiful potential with Portugal, and I am especially in love with the Duoro river region in the North of Portugal, I am seriously inspired as well by the Tamera project . At this moment I am living and working in Norway, there is an off grid mountain farm, some lower valley land, lots of potential, (for a cold climate ?) and lots of projects /concepts that need more energy and focus. If members of this tribe are considering traveling North and want to work.. This is a part of the picture.. All of this does boil down to alot of work ???.. It would likely be more like wwoof, or something, but it is just to PM me. Myself, I am open for networking, or tips into better ways of networking and co-creating avenues with what we have existing and what we all desire for creating . I also have some undeveloped land in Brazil… That is considered as a retirement concept???as presently we are living in a cold climate..
