Panzenu is a beautiful and peaceful place to be and stay, we have land, main house with two beds, hammocks and tents available, solar energy, tanks of drinkable water, we use water from the nearest lake when it gets dry, many hens, turkeys, three dogs, 2 cats, ducks as well, many fruit trees of papaya, yuka, ñame, bananas, vegetables, 2 porks, a donkey and a horse.
We are situated in the heart of the state of Bolivar, Colombia, 15 min walking from a very typical and greeting village: San Pedro Consolado, 115Km south from Barranquilla and 75 from Cartagena de Indias. Here the temperatures are between 25 and 36 degrees Celcius all year long and it’s a very quiet place for people who want to feel an immersive experience in the deep nature without being too much isolated from civilization!
Feel free to write to us if you want to pass by, stay some weeks, months and even more, it will be a great pleasure to meet you!

Buenos Dias!
I’m looking for a community in South America to live in for some time (weeks, months) in order to:
— get the sense of Latin American life in the whole and Latin American eco-communities in particular;
— get some practice of tropical/subtropical gardening and permaculture models;
— practice Spanish;
— gather more information about ecocommunities in Latin America.
— to learn Latin American dances.
My final aim is to get the experience and info enough to decide about moving to Latin America for ever.
My background is about 13 years in Russian ecocommunities.
I have little savings, though some useful skills, so I would prefer the kind of community that lives simply and close-to-nature and would appreciate labor and good communication rather than money.
My Spanish is now of basic level but I’m working on it.
The estimated time of my possible coming – the end of summer’2019.
Could I visit your community?

I live on Manu, Peru. The MOST biodiverse place on the planet. I have land now and am getting almost 100 acres next month. My plan A is tourism and plan B is alternative community. This part of Peru is very safe with friendly people. I am in this area since 1995 and am known by most everybody. Check me out doing plan A , youtube me at “george wright crossing the river”.
