The land was in development to become a ball golf course. It was purchased and transformed into a model for sustainability. We opened a net positive disc golf course that runs through a beyond organic food forest. It is called the Permaculture Country Club. The club conducts plant conservation and education on sustainability. The club hosts working models of sustainability in the community.

We have homes built built and renovated with sustainability as requirement from start to finish. We have homes built from shipping containers to 95% unwanted goods, The Greenfield recycled home made from 95% unwanted and scrap materials in honour of sustainability activist Rob Greenfield.We Three “Earthship” homes with garden roofs, plus other examples of living roofs. We built and house a Non profit for sustainability. All homes and properties here come with a sustainability architect to ensure all homes here are net positive or as close to it as poss

To join our Permaculture Club, there is a monthly fee of $49 or 4 hours of monthly volunteer work.
To live in the community there is currently one share in the eco village for sale. There are also a few titled beyond organic regenerative farms for sale for sale in the surrounding sustainable community.
