At the start of the pandemic, I began volunteering as a process facilitator for the Bamboo Bootcamp. It opened doors for me as all sorts of groups from business, government and civil society here in the Philippines and abroad began to invite me to help them clarify their goals and direction and improve their communication and relationships. My parents decided to let me develop the farm into an eco learning site for this purpose. It was around this time that I met GENOA and joined its online Regenerative Projects course. In 2024, one indigenous community living an hour away, asked me to facilitate a leadership training for their forest guardians. It was such an awe-inspiring experience for me that I decided to refine my trajectory and intentionally hold all my facilitation within a rustic nature environment – the family’s forest farm. To this end, I’ve been improving the farming systems, food crafting, renovating/constructing buildings for gatherings, and refining facilitation processes. The goal is to support everyone’s journey through their personal-organizational-societal transformation.
