We are a small group of expats that are looking to associate and purchase a property in a nice place in Tenerife, where we could live and work.
The details are not set yet and will be based on member’s preferences, but ideas so far include either getting a property with a bigger house or multiple houses, or land to build individual dwellings.
The idea is to optimize both the private space each member gets but also share some things in common, that are to be determined.
We could also entertain ideas of gardening and energy production and sustainability, in a world of uncertainty.
Looking for only a couple more members that are ready to join us this year and build together this space.
We are “normal” people, usually working remotely, and we plan to keep things as simple as possible, but not simpler than that 😉
