– situated in South/West Europe
– preferably in Southern France close to Pyrenees, or in Eastern Spain
– surrounded by nature, close to forests, mountains and wilderness
– preferably with water (source, stream, lake) and fruit-/nut-trees
– soil suited for agriculture
– ideally with possibility of building cob houses
– place suited for seminar-centre
– at least 1 ha, better 2-5 ha
