If someone feels called to join our community at The ARK, the first step is to connect with us directly. We offer an initial discovery call to get to know each other, share more about our vision, and answer any questions. If there’s a mutual resonance, we invite them to complete a short Potential Resident Questionnaire, which helps us better understand their values, lifestyle, and intentions.
After that, we schedule a visit to the land in Santa Teresa, Costa Rica. We believe that truly experiencing the energy of the place and meeting the people here is an essential part of the process.
If the person decides to move forward, we guide them step-by-step through the legal and administrative side of becoming a resident. Throughout the journey, they are supported by a dedicated member of our team to ensure clarity, care, and transparency.
