GOAL
It is our goal to form a community based on the principles of permaculture.
We are building earthen cob houses, all constructed from natural materials: wood, clay, straw, and sand. The constructions methods are hundreds of years old, yet we combine them with state of the art technology (green energy, additional insulation, low energy window).
All residential homes and community houses are embedded in a permaculture system ? sustainably producing bio-food. We will utilize, solar energy, compost heating, and bio-gas.
We are currently planning the construction of 24 to 30 residential homes, 4 guest houses and 1 community house, including a permaculture information and education center.
