Seeking a Passionate Co-Investor for an Eco-Cultural Guesthouse in the Atlas Mountains, Morocco

I’m seeking a passionate co-investor to help launch Telouat Royal, an authentic Moroccan guesthouse set in a panoramic hilltop location in the Atlas Mountains. While I don't have the financial means, I bring extensive hospitality experience, land in a prime location, and full dedication to project management and on-site development. Let’s build something meaningful together.

I’m a Moroccan entrepreneur from Télouat with deep roots in my region and a strong passion for sustainable tourism.
Although I don’t have the capital to fund the project myself, I bring something equally valuable: local knowledge, land ownership (in partnership with my brother), long-standing experience in hospitality, and full commitment to managing and developing this project.
We’ve secured two plots of land in a truly breathtaking location in the High Atlas Mountains — a rare opportunity given the legal challenges of communal lands in Morocco. Now, we’re ready to turn this dream into a reality and are looking for a like-minded partner who shares our vision.

Primary interests: Sustainable tourism, traditional Moroccan architecture, cultural preservation, eco-building, mountain life, community-based projects, slow travel, organic farming, rural hospitality, intercultural exchange.
