Como resultado de más de 100 obras en cuatro continentes y con más de medio millón de botellas transformadas en ladrillos, no contaminando el mar, Andreas Froese en 2014, decide iniciar la construcción de un Centro de Permacultura, en el Norte de México, cuyo propósito principal es realizar la experimentación del uso de los materiales locales y el ecodiseño, dando como resultado la innovación constante del sistema constructivo.

Andreas Froese de nacionalidad alemana, es el inventor en el año 2000, del Sistema de Bioconstrucción con botellas plásticas de PET EcoTec Bi4PVS®, que consiste en rellenarlas con tierra y convertirlas en un ladrillo.
