Michelle is the General Manager of the Witchcliffe Ecovillage. She and her partner Mike Hulme (Director of Sustainable Settlements) are co-founders of the project. Their company, Sustainable Settlements, is the project manager of the Ecovillage and a 50/50 JV partner along with Perron Developments.
