GEN Ambassador
I grew up in a little neighborhood community in the German countryside with parents who raised me with a social, cultural and politic interest and awareness for sustainability, self-development, nature and communication. With moving to Dresden and living in a little house sharing community I got into a deeper connection with these topics. My studies in German literature and philosophy connected me with an art based level to the human way of living. After working for different cultural institutions my passion for cultural and arts got a new companion - the environmental movement - and the wish to get more active for this (in my private daily living but also work based). After working for the Heinrich-Böll-Foundation in Berlin I’m now excited to work with and for GEN.
The last months I was traveling around Europe visiting different communities and projects. On this journey I experienced various ways and ideas of living, working and communication together. Every single community - even if they differ so much from each other - showed me in it’s own beautiful and unique way that an alternative way of living is possible and needed.
