Sagg Eco Village

Fayaz Ahmad Dar is a Farmer, Ecopreneur and a Lifestyle Coach from Kashmir. He helps aspiring and struggling entrepreneurs, individuals and organizations develop their entrepreneurial capacity to thrive in challenging situations. He has been a consultant to several local and international NGOs and has trained over ten thousand people in participatory personal and community transformation. Fayaz has an MBA & an MA in Conflict Transformation.

Fayaz Ahmad Dar is a Farmer, Ecopreneur and a Lifestyle Coach from Kashmir. Fayaz has an MBA & an MA in Conflict Transformation & Sustainable Development. For 15 years, he worked in educational, organizational & developmental practice, administration & research. He returned to Kashmir in 2010 to share his experience and learning with younger generations.

He founded Mool Sustainability Research and Training Center (www.moolsustainability.org) in 2009. Mool is a charitable trust working for participatory development through capacity building for sustainable socio-economic transformation and rehabilitation in Kashmir. One of our ongoing projects' is building of a common and shared value based vision for our life and society.

Fayaz founded Sagg Eco Village (www.saggecovillage.earth) in 2013 with a mission to build integrative and regenerative lifestyles and communities. Sagg is a natural farm cum cultural retreat center that designs, develops and promotes recreational, educational and lifestyle services, spaces, products and programs for individuals, families and communities.
