Róisín Dexter

Dublin, Ireland

I live in Dublin, Ireland. I am a mother of two, primary school teacher, musician, forest school leader, permaculturist and life coach. I am convinced that our response to our massive social, health and environmental challenges should be to revillage our world. Ecovillage life supports personal health, which brings with it healthy communities and soils, joy and creativity, and sustainable life circles.

I have set up a group in Dublin to support people intertesed in ecovillages: we meet each fortnight for an inter-generational dinner and spiritual connection, and to explore the ideals and realities of setting up and living in an ecovillage. I am also involved in the Green Party (www.greenparty.ie) and Self-Organised Architecture (www.soa.ie). I am delighted to be representing GEN in Dublin.
