We are developing an active 55+ cohousing community in Kimberton, PA (near Phoenixville, PA and just 45 minutes from Philadelphia). Our mission is to create an ecovillage community and to educate the public in sustainable methods and practices. We hope to get zoning approvals during 2025 and construct 30 homes during 2026.
