Seeking co-creator’s for an intentional ecovillage in México.
Civic people Refuge The CPR Community-based Project
Presently many European countries have a problem of not having enough housing for all, specially affordable housing for retiring couples. By providing this demand of homes we could ease the problem of many city resident’s young working class of not being able to find a home to stay by clearing the way, taking some retire resident to less congested populations.
At the moment baby boomer are coming of age to retire not only in Europe but around the globe and unfortunately there are not many options to get a decent place to stay. On top of that unavailable rentals in many european cities, not counting on the unaffordable expensive rent to low income retirees pay when a rental is found. Adding to that there is a big target group left without jobs which are single mothers with little or no chance to find jobs in Europe.
If we could use this women to help on Sales through online or as red cross does it on public venues, to ask for donations or inform retirees of a low income housing in a safe community in Mexico where we can provide decent living standards where there purchasing power goes further. We can actually do a circular micro economy where we retain and reinvest emigrants flow of dollars which is a loss of a million dollars a year in money drains in two months period that is not retain locally for this community.
Now if that money gets invested in that community then reinvested back in Norway by means of employment through sales of our green products that these target disadvantage woman could sale or even they could start there own ventures of developing there own green products in Mexico or start a small business through help of our organization.
We could employ this European women in various capacities on either help local cooperatives, Sales and employ locals Mexicans alike in Mexico. We are witnessing in the USA/Europe the almost total loss of the value of 401 retirement accounts, at exactly the same time when the baby boomers are coming into retirement age. Most of them will be left trying to survive on Social Security which in the United States is not a doable situation unless they retired on the South with C.P.R project where purchasing power is stronger. Where we can do low income incentives for these baby boomer for retirement.
Let me state that I have a solution for this problem if you read entirely this project..
A community in Mexico has been desolated by immigrants whom left to the U.S. Since decades there has been steady decline in the population in a Town of Michoacan, Mexico as in many others. People left their homes and went to live in Baja or the United States leaving behind properties and homes. These homes are visited by Landlords and an influx of Locals or Vacationers every December for the whole month.
The cause that people left this community was the hard life and lack of infrastructure that became better in subsequent years by the flow of dollars.
A lot of progress has been made ever since, i.e. paved roads, freeways, electricity, potable water, phones, but its paradoxical inasmuch that with all these services people don’t live there, just a few elderly individuals none immigrants. Locals are not likely to return back on permanent basis since majority have bought homes in the USA. The Town is located 35 min of Zamora City, and 35 min away from La piedad City in Michoacan. The city of Zamora is an important economic center in the state and the most significant population center between the cities of Morelia and Guadalajara. Zamora is surrounded by the fertile Tziróndaro Valley which is an important agricultural area that exports large amounts of produce to the United States.
It has a freeway 4 min away that leads to GUADALAJARA or MORELIA. Moreover it has 5 to 6 natural springs were water flows all year round. The climate is moderate and rains 5 months and winter is not cold nor harsh, in fact its ideal for vacationing since local festivities are rampant in other Communities as well, in December, with some Natives arriving early November.
Local population of the Town that number (100 to 400) Families) visit every November till December and spend average 2,000 to 4,000 Dollars Per Family a month, notwithstanding none or to little of the money stays their for investment, it end up on the next town in the hand of a few business men that don’t benefit our community with investment. On this problem we could capitalize by providing food and services below: market prices, meat, airline tickets, and develop telecommunications.
A cooperative credit union were they can exchange dollars and cater on their needs to the extent monopolizing all the local market to the well being of the cooperative and the Retirement Center, inasmuch we could grow our own product for our consumption, commercialization, or sale of goods and services.
The land abounds and its cheap to rent for cattle and their is irrigation by water canals and ditches. The purpose is to rent homes to foreigners but land will only be for cooperative use not to be rented to 3rd parties but with exemptions of owner to Locals rentals. I need skilled people in all aspects, like Permaculture teachers, political activist, political scientist, administrators, Fish farmers, mineralogist, Architects, civil engineer’s, botanist or nursery attendant of plants, agriculturist, that know crop rotation and food production, that know to grow food by organic means.
If you got a special talent contact me ASAP and together we will look for funding or last option would be by pitching in with 4,000 dollars for membership we can make it happen since funds are hard to come by. Please note, that to assure interested parties of the legitimacy of the project, no money will be asked until all members are in a meeting place with binding contract and identification of the organizers.
If I could find skilled Civic Sympathizers or anybody with interest to make an Organization we could make a Project, perhaps we can develop that Town in to a Retirement or Resort. As we use some of the profits to improve local infrastructure, growing organic plants provide employment for both People in Europe and local Mexicans alike. As we Help low income retirees in Europe with low income housing in Mexico. Where there purchase power will be greater thus affording a good living standard as they provide investments that could be brought back to Europe.
We could use micro-economic ways as (Grimm’s) Trade unions or cooperatives, of self reliance and apply the economic plan of cooperatives mutual help as well as develop a better local economy were the money stays locally to fund for more projects and establish Municipal Hall.
Their is plenty of land to be used for cattle, permaculture, fish-farming and there is about 300 homes that could be Rented to Retirees or affluent foreigners. Owners would be more than happy to rent their homes for as little as 50 Dollars a month just to have someone repair and maintain the homes in good condition and provide security and guard homes from theft.
The organization could rent them e.i $400. a month to poor retirees, making $350 full pop money that could go to expanding the project and raising local living standards and provide European youth jobs as Sales agents for the organization. All we need is to find funds or Sponsors.

(C.P.R) Mission Statement “Our Goal & Mission is to strive with endeavor for the betterment of our community creating infrastructure, as we create jobs to Europe and jobs to locals in Mexico. Reviving the local economy, as well as environment by co-operative initiative, affordable housing through sustainability & responsible social well fare; that can uplift people from misery. The Motto would be: all organic, all wholesome, self reliant micro economy That constructs rather than destroys; that enlightens rather than leave people living obscured in ignorance & helplessly unemployed.
Our micro economy will be tied or connected to Europe cities on a circular investment to prevent capital drain: meaning we will reinvest in Europe in this Nonprofit to help retirees have an economical place to stay.
C-P-R as it name implies is synonymous of reviving people’s spirit as is to revive stagnant dead economies using Eco friendly sustainability.
The plan is unprecedented and it goes as follows.
Funding Strategies… Low income Housing waiting list fee could be $400 dollars. if we could enlist 300 retirees in Europe we could make 120,000 dollars to do repairs on homes that need touch ups and run start up costs.
Next strategy to raise funds is to ask land lords a membership fee with benefits that could be use in Mexico in a month period. If we could get a 300 participants pleading $150 we could have another $45,000 dollars for start up costs.
Another way to come with funding as we go is to ask for a rent and deposit up front. Example $400 plus $400 deposit. Which is $800 times 300 participants equals $240,000 U.S Dollars..
Other indepth Funding Strategies that you will be interested to know if you join CPR project key rolls in the intentional ecovillage project.
