We are starting an off-grid eco village in a self-sustaining community that operates independently from the traditional power grid and focuses on minimising its environmental impact. The first phase of the project is complete, its an eco hotel called Xblache. Please feel free to visit us and see the progress we are making.
We will utilise renewable energy sources such as solar panels and wind turbines to generate electricity. The village will employ sustainable farming practices, including permaculture and organic gardening, to produce its own food on a designated area of over 2 acres. Water conservation is a priority, with rainwater harvesting systems and greywater recycling in place. Residents actively participate in waste reduction and recycling programs. The eco village promotes a sense of community and self-sufficiency, and will offer workshops and educational programs on sustainable living. We hope too serve as a model for a greener and more sustainable future.
