My name is Aron Hoffman. I’m in the states. I have 10 off grid Acres in north central Arkansas. Beautiful land but unfortunately corrupt as hell politicians. Want to get back out of the states. Live for a while and believe. Puerto Rico is pretty enticing except for the cost of living thing. But anyhow love your idea. Gaining any traction with your project?
