Le Pountet Creating small ecohamlet

We are looking for people interested in joining us in the creation of an eco-place here in Ariège, 1 hour south of Toulouse.

This place is located in the Pyrenean foothills, near Pamiers, it is bordered by a small river. The 4 hectares of woods and meadows include an orchard, a vegetable garden, two wooden cabins, a mobile home, 2 caravans, a large yurt, a wood/pallet workshop.
The house on the plot has one floor with a large veranda, and has a living area of 400 m2 with up to 9 bedrooms.

The property lends itself to the construction of a long-term project, with the possibility of forming an SCI, and possibly building new homes on the building part of the land.

We are already a small group that deeply loves nature and animals. We also love music, singing, dancing and we are curious about alternative well-being practices without falling into fanaticism or navel-gazing (sounds better in French 😉
We enjoy the balance between energies of openness (fun, creativity, liveliness, encounters) and more interior energies (meditation, healing, ancient wisdom).
