“Unfolding” – our Ecovillage – will be the first step or the seed in a larger project. Our vision is to establish an interconnected world-wide grass-root community net-work that is supporting the management and preservation of all world national parks through a matriarch organic approach.
Our ultimate dream is to preserve at least 25% of our beautiful land, our earth, – forever. Be it forest, desert, mountains or oceans, we believe that the preservation of the diversity of our nature environment is crucial to our own well-being as humans.
Our land will be located on the Pacific coast, somewhere between Mexico and Costa Rica. On this land we will have 30 – 80 hectares of primary forest and a river. We are welcoming any opportunity to adjoin more land in the future for additional purposes and new projects.
We will make sure that we will have an acceptable road access, electricity and potable water from the very beginning. We will then gradually establish a system to more and more base our electricity on wind and solar energy and to use the advantages of rainwater harvesting.
Our aim is to use all the knowledge, experience, skills and resources of our community members to create a sustainable Ecovillage with comfortable and environmentally friendly home and community standards.
The ecovillage will provide the soil for the growth and development of a self-sustainable community. A certain number of members will be sharing a permanent or temporary living space and will develop a new model of synergic living, fully respecting the rich biodiversity of our Pacific coast paradise. We will be building deep and strong friendship-relationships based on respect, care and mutual support and we will develop a common vision through exchanging and inspiring each other with our philosophies and values. If you are willing to help and support and a nature lover and it’s self-evident to you that preserving our earth is how we ensure our future, you are a potential member of our community.

Good afternoon,
I am writing from the Netherlands. I am very interested in your Eco-village and would like to get in touch with you…perhaps through a Zoom or Skype call. I have wanted to live with a community for many years, live from the land, perserve and respect nature, be part of nature and part of a community that supports each other.
My name is Chriss, (just) recently stopped teacher, an artist and mom.
I sincerely hope to be able to meet up.
Warm greetings,
Chriss Kalkman

bonjour,
Sara
