• 20 resident/guest capacity (and expanding)

We are located in a beautiful desert oasis, rich with wildlife, and mature trees. There’s a swimmable seasonal creek running through the property. Our current amenities include:

• 2 shared living rooms
• Coworking spaces
• Koi pond
• Art Room
• Outdoor event venue and patios
• Community Food Program with farm fresh eggs from our neighbors and farmer market produce delivered weekly
• Podcasting Studio
• Hot tub & workout pad

We are built on a shared ownership model, where residents earn equity in the project after 1 year of living there. We have microearning work trade opportunities for residents to earn money where they live.
